i may be able to help a little.. for the input level, turn your stereo up to your average listening level. then turn your input level up untill the speakers distort then crank it down just a bit. correct me if im wrong but you can only use 1 of the hp lp or full settinng at a time? if so id use the lp and set it to where you like it. the lower frequency the less vocals come through. as far as the bass, treble etc i never had them on the amp. id adjust them to how you like it. after saying all that i hope this amp is just running your subs.. hope that helps a little if not theres alot of knowledge here that will jump in. good luck

thank you but i do have 2 differnt time of setting controls for the hp and the lp.

here is a link to the amp i have. if u click the to enlarge picture then they give you a shot of all the controls.

is this amp running subs or door speakers or both?

4 new kicker rs5. front are componets back are just midbass.

well that sounds like a nice system. i only know the basic stuff so i let the experts here help you out. good luck.

not really, i could tell you how id do it. but like you said im not the best on it and if its gonna be a one time setting id rather someone else with more experience to help you with it. i would like to see some pics posted as im sure lots others would to when you get it done. seems like a nice setup.

o ya ill have pics posted. i got some of my car right now but dont know a good server to host them yet. any ideas. but anyways how would you do it. u are deffinetly more exspirenced then me so any help will be great.

looks very nice. nice hood. if theres anyway to hook it up with mounting it where its a pain in the a!! to get to just temporary id do that till you know you got it the way you need it.

ya i can probly install it all and then leave the left panel off till i figure out what to do. o ya i got another question tho u might be able to help me with. i wanna run ann new speaker wire but how should i run it to the driver side door. there is some kind of weird plastin thing.

on the inside of the door near the hinges? like a rubber tube?

its like a plastic tub tho instead. i no the psenger side is rubber.

its probably the same thing except a replacement. it should come out the same way. a flat screwdriver and a little tug.

aight thanks alot for your help. hopefully someone will give me an answer for the amp before i go to work.
