nope, didnt get them. i wasn planning on it later this summer, but now i doubt ill get any 20s this year. my trucks already 5 years old (even though it only has 50k on it), i drive it 5.8 miles per day (to the train station and i take the train to work), and i dont really play with my truck much anymore (due to lack of time driving it and lack of free time to play with it), and i dont really come around here much either, so i dont know how wise of a decision it is to dump $2,000+ into this truck.
im actually thinking of getting some offroad tires on my current rims this summer...maybe (i know, i know - it must be getting chilly in hell.

) i cant get 31's in a 17" rim, so id have to get 265 70 r17's, which are like 31.8" tall, which shouldnt be a problem, unless it forces me to do the TT lift, in which in case i wont get them, cuz i wouldnt be able to fit my truck in the garage with the TT (i dont think, but im not gonna chance it.) im only considering new tires because i think my vibration in my truck is due to my tires, which are tough to keep the wear even on, since theyre so damn wide.
anyway, the only rim/speed shop that i ever saw that carries the limited 208's is a place around the corner from where i just moved (i was gonna order from off the internet.) they have a white 1st gen navigator out front that is their "display" truck - its such an amazing vehicle. i could go on for pages with all the stuff it has done, but ill say that it has the limited 208's in 22" (at least i think theyre 22's - i didnt look at the size, but 20's would look much smaller on this truck.)
the menatlity i have right now, as far as vehicles go, is that i might as well throw some big tires on this truck and keep it for a long time (if itll last.) look at all the new suv's out there - theyre ALL crossover vehicles, which means that this is prolly the last truck based suv ill own (at least until the suv market does a 180.) so ill save the street scene for the next "truck" (if you really wanna call those vehicles "trucks.")
