little help please

hey everyone, im having a little problem with my 02 sport.i have a check engine light on and i put a scan tool on it and i shows bank 1 & 2 lean.well in neutral and park it will not rev up past 3000 in drive it drives normal.somebody told me i may need to clean my maf sensor so i sprayed it with connector cleaner but it didnt help, if anyone can shine a little light on this problem i would sure appreciate it.

In park and neutral it won't rev past 3000 because your rev limiter engages. That's normal opperation. As far as the code it could be a lot of different things. The O2 sensors could be bad, the EGR may need cleaned or changed, you could have a vaccum leak somewhere. The list goes on.

it probably isn't the o2 sensor that's bad but the mixture is wrong and is causing a code to be triggered by the o2 sensor. When was the last time it had a tune up?

i used some kind of scan toll that said "bank one and two lean" it didnt give a number code, i purchased the x not long ago and they told me it just had a tune up but you know how people are they were prolly lying, so i guess ill do a little tune up. i sure appreciate all the help.
