locker for 94 sport

hey guys/girls. i went to search and tried to look it up but it gave me 74 pages of threads to look at. i know it has been asked but i don't want to have to sift through all of those. i know someone has it right on the top of their head. i am looking into a locker for my 94 who sells them and where to get them? i saw one that was a push button one not sure if it is for the X or not. is that any good? how do i tell if it will work for the X.

there is quite a bit. the ford 8.8" 31 spline rear is quite common.

the ones i know off hand are eaton, aurburn, and powertrax. i believe thhere is an ARB airlocker that you can control too and i am sure several dif companies make them. try narrowing your scope. and dont forget to decide locker or LS/posi and might want to regear as long as you are in there, but if you have 4wd you would have to regear the front at the same time.

FoMoCo also offered a LS from the factory.

it is a 4x4. i have the 4.10 gearing already. what would have to adjust that to? i have hear bad things about the LSD's so i was looking more for a locker i think.
