So, somehow I managed to break the rail below my driver's side seat (on the door side, next to the seat lever). My dad helped me create a temporary fix (which you can see in the image), but what I really need is a new seat. I am new to this forum and relatively inexperienced in at home fixes. It seems un-weldable, so I think my best option is to get a new seat or at least the bottom half. I have been trolling around, but can't figure out where to find something like this online. I know a fleet dealer who has the seat, but it is a different color than my interior and he wants 100 for the whole thing. How much should I pay for a part like this and where else could I look to get something like this from?
Thank you!

I am going to try to attach a photo to this for some more context.

Do you have any U Pull junk yards within a reasonable distance of home? If so, grab a socket set and 10mm box wrench to remove the rear mtg bolts and go get yourself a used seat w/track. My local U Pull sells the entire seat ass'y for $22. You can separate the upper from lower...and, you can swap the fabric cover, seat belt and plastic side trim if you can't find one in the gray fabric color.

Ford has a revised part that was redesigned because they were getting bent every time the drive exited the vehicle. I don't have the part number but I think it cost around $50. Four bolts is what holds it on. Just go to the Ford deal and ask for driver seat recliner lever. Here's one from ebay...
