I've been seeing now for a while that no one ever wants to make anything aftermarket for our ST's and we end up having to do it ourselves. Okay I exaggerated that a tad bit, there are quite a few things available for our vehicles aftermarket but they aren't always necessarily things we actually want to buy, especially when you see it's something you can make yourself for a few dollars versus buying it for like $200 - $300.
Anyway, I was looking for options on custom springs, I found the detroit springs website but there was another one I had seen on a post a while back and I cannot seem to find what post that one was on. I thought that I subscribed or had at least commented on the particular post where I saw the company I wanted to order springs from but from going through my history I apparently didn't. For such the digital hoarder I am, I'm surprised I hadn't bookmarked or saved it. Anyhow, I'm open for suggestions to companies other than Detroit Spring (nothing against them, I just like options). I am looking around myself, so far, everyone I've run across is telling $700 plus to achieve a 1.5" drop. I can't condone that much money for only 1.5" drop especially when $850 in parts dropped my 2001 Sport more than 3" and that included converting to coil overs and running the load support springs that attached to the frame.
