Can anyone tell me where I will find the connection points C110, S105 and S100?

I have a 2006 wiring diagram manual, so hopefully this will help.
C110 is a 16 pin connector located in the right side of the engine compartment, in the main engine harness off the PCM.
S100 is downstream of C110 in the main engine harness.
S105 is further downstream in the same harness near the takeoffs to the o2 sensors.

V6 (4.0) or V8 (4.6) engine?

Hi Bill,

Thanks. This is a 4.0 V6. Just tracing through a problem.

Your welcome. We all learn from these posts.

The wiring schematic and component location views are somewhat difficult to follow and show slight differences between the V6 & V8.

So, I just had a look see on my 2006 V8. Connector c110 is right behind the bottom of the airbox. A short run of about 6"/8" where it joins into the main engine harness from the bottom of the PCM. Then this harness has a short run over to and above the valve cover and splits parallel to the front and rear of the engine. This crossover toward the valve cover is where splice s105 appears to be located. Could be as many as 8 wires in total for the slice, all green with white stripe in colour.

If you follow the main engine harness down behind the engine, splice s105 should be before the takeoff to the first o2 on the right side. Wire colour is green and there could be as many as 8 wires from the slice also.

There is a green and a green with white stripe wire to each of the 4 o2's but these wires also run to other components. (mass air, camshaft position sensor, etc, etc, etc)

Looking at c110, pin 16 is a green wire.

Once again this info is from a 2006, but should be similar to a 2010.

LMK if I can be of any other help.
