Well I'm gonna be upgrading sound system piece by piece and am going to start off with head unit, I currently have a Sony CDX-GT200, I want something that has an iPod hookup, maybe even something that would work with my iPhone 3G (both are optional, but would really like this feature), regular auxiliary input, Cd Player, ability to read burnt discs, MP3 compatibility, and eye appealing, don't really want to spend more than $200, only have about $130 right now, while looking I found a Sony CDX-GT630UI, not sure if I wanna go back with a Sony, I know they're not the best, and I am wanting god crisp sound, if you have any input on a good head unit that fits my criteria it would be appreciated

Most head units will control an iPod, I just picked up a Sony CDX-GT540UI for $160 CDN its the 2010 model. I like the button set up better, will play all CD's and still has 6 preset radio buttons, intuitive iPod controls. Not installed yet so no pics.

Not going to get much for that amount of money. The internet would be about the only place you will save some money. Look into the Pioneers, Alpine, JVC, Panasonic, Kenwoods.
