Looking to dump my '97 for an '04

I wanted to get something a lil newer and with less miles (My 97 Ex XLT has 116,000). I saw this MINT 04 Ex Eddie Bauer with moonroof, third row seating, all the niceness my 97 Ex doesnt have! LOL All for $16g's and only 32,000 miles (sounds like it came off lease).

Any thing I should keep an eye out for with the '04 models?

If it's a V8 with Tow Pkg then keep your eye out for someone beating you to it!

LOL! Its a v6 with the tow package

The transmission and the rear end seem to be the weakest links. It might pay to have a mechanic check them out.
