Looking to Lift. question. 97 AWD

i have a 97 mountaineer AWD. what all do I need to lift it. I think some things may need extented. Im not sure. I dont want to do a TT i want it to sit a little higher.

How much do you want to lift it? A torsion twist is good for up to 2" in the front, and you can lift the back for cheap using shackles or an add-a-leaf. AAL will only give you an inch and a half, but it does make quite a difference even lifting only that much.

If that's all the higher you want to go, you don't need to change anything else.
 






ive considered that i just wish i could see how high in a pic that itd sit. What would be the next option up from that? trying to keep the prices low though

I did a rough country add a leaf on mine and besides the leaf spring center bolt being rusted to **** it was a simple process and a good start by doing the tt up front and the AAL in the back it will cost maybe 150 for all parts and an allignment then search for what size tires fit im almost positive its 31's but not 100 percent and that will be a significant difference
