Looking to upgrade my sway bars on my 96 ex. Which ones are decent?

I'm using the 1" Addco 633 and the difference was jaw dropping compared to stock. Can only imagine the Hellwig is stronger being 4140 chromoly steel. I've read a few that have tried the 1 1/8" EE and Addco on the same vehicle and couldn't tell a difference.

Good info. If I don't come across one at the yard I'll probably pick that one up then.

So I'm at the yard now and it looks like all 98 and up trucks mount different than the earlier ones so I can't use the 98 bar unless I drill new holes. Is this true?

Should you decide to do this retrofit, get the frame mounting brackets and bolts. Upgrade the end links with Moog K700542 poly's.

Where are you located? I have a used EE X-Spec rear swaybar I will be taking off soon, but it won't make sense to ship.
