loose steering

I am experiencing a very loose steering wheel and heavy shacking in the wheel at speeds above 65 mph. It is really shacky when going around turns more so to the right but still feel it when going to the left. Any Ideas just hade all new struts replaced today and everything seems tight when i pull on everything behind the wheels.

I have also had the dealership replace the lower ball joints about a month ago and still have the problem. I have had the tires road test balanced and still have the problem.
