I have a 99 explorer OHV and lately I've been loosing a lot of oil and transmission fluid.. I stop using my truck two weeks ago. But well before all this loosing oil and transmission my truck was loosing power at the same time any suggestion what im looking for here to fix it will be great!!

Thanks in advance.

Is it leaking oil, or burning it off? Should be no commanality between the two fluids, so you likely have two issues. It’s posdible your motor is worn out, causing the lack of power and oil consumption.

As for the transmission fluid, I’d start by tracing out the lines between the transmission and the radiator, and cooler if you have one.

Oil leakage from the OHV mostly comes from two areas, the rear main seal (leakage from the between the bellhousing and the block) and the valve cover gaskets. The transmission has a bunch of different leak points but the input shaft seal, the output shaft seal, and the pan gasket are the usual areas to look AFTER checking the cooler lines.

I would clean the undercarriage really well and keep an eye on where its leaking from.

Check first rear main oil seal engine, and front pump seal transmission, if they are both leaking you will see oil and transmission fluid in the same location, this location is the where the engine and transmission bolt together right behind the engine oil drain plug. The bottom of the oil pan and bell housing will be wet with both fluids (engine oil, transmission fluid).
