Loud clunk when turning right

I need help guys. I have a 1998 4x4 with a torsion twist and a 3" body lift, the problem I have is that whenever I make a left turn and then I make an immediate right turn (imagine the wheels rotating about their vertical axis depending on which way you turn) there is a loud clunk that comes from the right front wheel. Imagine if you were to lift the wheel of the ground and grab it with one hand on the top of the tire and the other hand on the bottom of it and wiggle back and forth. When the right turn occurs, it's as if you were pulling the bottom of the tire out. I hope I'm making sense. I actually can't duplicate the same noise when I lift the tire. It only happens when driving, maybe i just don't have the strength needed to duplicate driving forces. Could this be a wheel bearing? ball joint? I'm not sure if maybe the few occasional time I've hit the curb while turning has damaged anything.

Thanks!

is is an awd or an actual 4x4? it sounds like something is binding up somewhere

Sounds like a bad ball joint:(
