Loud Noise (Vibration)

For the past little while, I've had an extremely loud and obnoxious noise coming from underneath my truck ('98 Explorer). I've ignored it for a while, but now it's becoming unbearable.

I've pinpointed the noise. It's coming from a metal tube underneath my truck on the middle-right side. I'll post a video showing what it's doing. I can touch it to stop it from vibrating and making the noise.

Any suggestions or a fix on this? Thanks in advance.

Just put a clamp around it and it should go away. The welds on the shield break and come loose.

Swetrid, you just made my day! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I just went down to Lowe's, got two #40 Metal Clamps, and now my problem is gone!
