Loud Popping Noise in 4x4

I figured while im getting everything fixed on my X and the funds are avaliable i might as well fix everything. I forgot about this until now. When i put the beast into 4 wheel drive and i make a turn there is a loud popping noise. There is no effects on the driving ability or any difference except the noise is not pleasant. Anyone else had this problem or know of it?

are you driving it on pavement in 4x4

It did it at the beach and on pavement

If driving at low speeds in 4x4,especially 4lo your expirencing normal front driveline bind.Mine has done it for the 4 + years I have had it,and I have no issues at all.

It will definitely do it on pavement, and if you want to break something and pay $$$ to fix, then go right on using 4x4 on pavement.
