loud squeak as rear axle rotates

Hello,
I have a 2002 explorer XLT V6. Recently my rear axle started squeaking as it rotates. The faster I go the quieter it gets. I had my brakes and rotors replaced and everything lubed up, but my shop cant figure it out. I checked about 20 pages on here for a similar topic and didn't find anything. I open to any suggestions on what to check!

check the rear wheel bearings and hubs, or maybe the drive shaft. Any vibrations?
