loud whistling rattle

hi all
have a loud whistling/rattle coming from the truck. it starts when i hover the accelerator at any speed above about 20 - hard acceleration it disappears and lay off accelerator it is gone but if i press accelerator half way it is defening and really winds you up. sounds as if its coming from either the front/ middle area
any ideas????

Sounds to me like the common IAC valve failure, but that normally happens at idle, and goes away with throttle.
 












thanks for the replies - it sounds nothing like the video and is more like a really super loud squeeky wheel which seems to get faster as the engine does.
 






Could it have to do with a slipping belt? You could rule out the belt, and belt driven stuff by removing the serpentine belt and running the engine for a few minutes.

there also seems to be some vibration felt through the seats and steering wheel when hard accelerating.
can anyone are these rangers normally good runners or will i be pouring money at it constantly????????
