Love my sport trac- but

I've had my 05' Sport Trac for about two weeks, clean 56K and find that it has less interior room than my old small Nisson. I'm wanting to change the console to something more usable and also need to lower the PU to make entry/exit easier. Lowering blocks would do the rear but I'm not sure about the front. On the forum I hear Gen 1 etc mentiioned in some posts, what is that? Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

To lower the front you can just loosen the torsion bars. Search "TT" and just do the opposite as most people use it to lift the truck.
