Lower ball joints

Good afternoon. Has anyone changed the ball joints on a explorer? I'm planning on doing this next week and was wondering how hard it will be. Will i be making up new words... Thanks for your time. Dead Link Removed P.S. Lower ball joints

Not very hard, I changed both my upper and lowers on both sides in under 6 hrs working at a leisurely pace. Toughest part was knocking the lower bj out. The manual says a good hit will do, but i had to heat it up first.
