Lug Pattern Change

Is it possible to use a wheel spacer to change the lug pattern to a larger pattern such as on the f150 or a ram 1500? if so where can i find such an item?

OR you an take your brakes and axles to a machine shop and have them re-drilled.

i dont trust billet aluminum to all the torque and pounding you put through your wheels like spdrecr said i would re drill everything.
