Ive read through posts and found simular issues but not exactly what mines doing.
One day after work, it was just really hard to put into first gear. 2nd and 3rd too but first the most. And it grinds on the way into reverse. Somtimes when im at a stop sign with people behind me, I have to turn it off really quick, put it in first(it goes in any gear like normal when car is off) and then go. But its still way to hard to shift into 2nd and 3rd (and out of gear as well). Im dont think its the clutch cause when it finally goes in, its normal without slippage and whatnot. Someone at work said it could be the syncronizers or somthing. When its idleing, and its at that "wall" point when trying to shift, the RPMs go down a little as if its somwhat engaged. Any input on this issue would be great caus I love my new rig and want to keep it running.

are you low on clutch fluid? if not it could be your slave cylinder?

It's the clutch, specifically the slave cyl. Your description matches up well.
You can try to bleed it, but the slave going bad is THE most common problem with the 5-speeds.

DOes the clutch pedal still feel normal as to the amount of resistance against your foot? Do you still have full pedal If so its probably either your pilot bearing or clutch disc keeping the input shaft turning. if the pedal is soft then it is the hydrolic system ,master or slave cylinders . be sure to pull the boot out of the fluid reservoir if it dosent come out with the cap when checking the fluid level. Elbow

Sounds like your slave cylinder and throw-out bearing is going out which is one unit. And as mentioned above its a very common problem in these transmissions.

mine is going out too. sometimes it creaps forward when im stopped and i let off the brakes

What lifeguard said. First thing, Check fluid in the reservoir. Be sure to see and remove that black rubber cup/diaphragm before adding fluid.
