M5R1 in my B2?? What trans do I have?

I was reading a great rebuild thread on the M5r1 from a 92 Explorer..... Is that the same trans as what is in my 89 BroncoII? Coundn't find a spec page on here anywhere.

They came in B2s. The below site may help you, even has a pic.

I'd take a look at this page to see what trans you have... Odds are better you have the Mitsubishi FM146 in your BII (that page above has some rather glaring errors in the table too).
