MAF Sensor or Throttle Body? Headers?

Hey guys, wondering which would be best to put in first, a new MAF sensor or new throttle body? How much performance increase with each of those? Also I was wondering about header install and how easy it is to install on explorers (Looks mighty hard!)? How much performance increase with that also? Make any other sugesstions concerning my explorer. Current mods listed below, and yes I am going to get a chip. Basically what I am trying to do here is put most performance add ons in the car except supercharger.

BBK 66mm TB. You don't need a larger MAS or headers, spend the money elsewhere.

I did too, I actually had to PM Alec to find it back-in-the-day.

Yes, the T/B provided the most performance on my V6. I was really impressed with the difference at highway speeds.

no one makes one for the 5 liter. doesnt matter, as the stocker's a 65mm and good for up to 400hp.
