I guess ideally you would use MAF sensor cleaner but some people use throttle body cleaner or brake cleaner or just any electrical contact cleaner. I used electrical contact cleaner and it worked fine for me.
i use intake cleaner or brake cleaner, which every i have on hand, like mentioned you dont want to use something that leaves a residue. some carb cleaners will leave a residue so dont use them
