I wasn't sure and couldn't recall if my previous 2011 did or not. I Just asked because of what I read in the 2013 Manual.

D (Drive) with Grade Assist
Press the transmission control switch on the
side of the gearshift lever to activate grade
assist and cancel overdrive.

Press the transmission control switch again to return to normal D
(Drive) position (with O/D).

That's just it, the only 2 buttons I have on the gear **** are the plus and minus to shift the gears manually.

Okay, I see. I checked the Manual again and it shows 2 different pictures. You must have the SelectShift transmission with PRNDM. The other shows PRNDL which has the button I was referencing. In that case I can't explain why an oil change should cause the issue you described. The other item that according to the 'book' may affect O/D is the Tow/Haul switch if it is on. Good luck. Maybe someone else has an idea.

If it hasn't been done already, I'd be checking the brakes. Especially the calipers/sliders. If they start dragging it will put a beating on the MPG in a hurry.
