Major Power Loss in my 94 X

Someone please help me figure out what is wrong... Ok about a week ago I drove through a river and of course the X stalled because it took in too much water. It took a while to get it started and i pulled the plugs to remove the water. Now my car doesnt have any power, i can rev the engine and it will take forever to pick up speed, the X also started back-firing after i put in Seafoam and new plugs. I changed the oil which was full of water, put in new plugs, seafoam in the intake and crankcase, removed the muffler to see if that was it, the X is still driving horribly and at idle and driving it sputters badly. I cant figure out what it could be and i cant afford to replace everything. Could it be Catalytic Converter, plug wires bad or crossed, Air intake, Mass Airflow Sensor, O2 sensors, What could it be? Please help...

could the injectors have gotton dirty with all that going on? my moms 94 had no power after changing the plugs. unded up being clogged injector. ran great before changing them. just an idea.

thanks i put in some BG 44k and it must have had clogged injectors because the X is driving great now
