Manifold gasket needed which one?

I am looking online for manifold gaskets for my 1998 mountaineer 5.0, it has a terrible exhaust leak. is this the correct one? thank you for your time.

Yes, those will fit. I'm more a fan of the copper gaskets than traditional ones such as:

But, the concern is the Expo/Mountaineer 5.0 exhaust manifolds are known for cracking more than they're known for blowing the gaskets.
