1996 Explorer V6 OHV 5 speed

Symptoms: BAD gas mileage, loss of power, hesitation, shuttering/bucking (miss), oil leak (May or may not be from this. Had head gaskets replaced, but oil is still leaking. Not sure from where.)
Already tried changing O2 sensor, cleaning MAF, no visible vacuum leaks, wiring harness for O2 sensor seems to be fine, and garage can't find the problem.
I found that explorers commonly have manifold leaks. Anyone have this problem before? What were your symptoms, codes, and how did you find that this was the problem? What was the cost of the repair? Do you think this may be the problem? If not, any input on what may be the problem?
