Manual adjustment of motorized seat

We recently purchased a 1998 Sport, and the driver's seat is stuck too far back. It's a 5-speed, and my legs are way too short to reach the pedals (namely the clutch!). Any suggestions as to how we can manually adjust the seat so that I can drive my new car???? I just want to adjust the seat manually and leave it in that position. I am not interested in actually fixing the seat motors. Thanks in advance!

Problem fixed

We fixed the problem. Removed the seat and used a drill to turn the cable which, in turn, adjusted the seat. Woo hoo!
