From what I've seen, the parts (hubs plus conversion kit) should retail for ~$150. That leaves ~$100 for labor. Depending on the going labor rate at the shop, that's 1-2 hours. Seems reasonable.
I'm with Chris, do 'em yourself...It's not too hard... I got milemarkers for 115 bucks including the spindle conversion kit and installed 'em myself...that's 135 bucks you could give to me
