Changed my hubs to manual last week. Very easy to do. I was worried about getting the original bearing nut off but it spun off very easily. Took me about a hour to do the whole thing including cleaning and repacking bearings. The only thing I would do different is to have two inner bearing seals on hand in case you destroy they when getting them out. Thats only if you are cleaning and repacking the bearings tough.
But what a difference when switching to 4x4 now. No clunking, whining or complaining. In fact I couldn't even tell at first it went in so smooth.
