So im pretty sure my auto hubs are shot. and even if not i want locking hubs. I was wondering if i can use ones from a ranger or another explorer that had them if i get the conversion kit. I have a huge shop with lifts and teachers to help me do everything... even tho im pretty sure i can do it myself. Just hopin someone who had done this before could give me some advise! thanks! andrew

yes one from a ranger will work just make sure that the axle is a d35 (10 bolts i think)

you can get the warn "conversion kit" for around 7 bucks a bag if you just call 4wheelparts and tell them the part number 28068X. get one bag for each side. thats what i did. saved me some money. same thing but without the cardboard box.:D

this is were i first found the info.
