Hello everybody,I'm new to this site and to Ford Explorers.I have a '93 Ford Explorer Sport with a manual trans.The trans is shot and I was wondering what would be involved in converting over to a automatic trans.Except for the obvious things like shifter,pedal removal,etc..I wanted to know about ECM problems,drive shaft length,crossmember fit,and which automatic would work the best.It's got a 4.0 and 2wd and I'm on a budget.Thanks in advance for any help.
