now i recall hearing that each key fob would retain the drivers seatings, liek the memory seats and what not. is this true so that if user 1 sets the seat a certin way and saves it to #1 and user 2 saves there settings to #2 and each has there own key fob, whne the driver unlocks the doors depending on what key fob waqs used it will position the seat accordingly?

Yes, but you have to have the fob when you program the seat. Not sure but if remember you set the seat; hit the memory button; hit the keyfob; then the 1or2 button. Or it could be the other way, Mem, 1or2, then fob ?????

It does work on my '04.
