Messin with AC system

I want this AC line out of my way when I get my new heads. The thick line was in my way when I pulled the heads out and caused me to fumble the heads a bit when taking them out. I would like to be able to drop the new heads in without grinding them around.

Is this whole line to the left of the canister full of gas under pressure?

My left bank is packed full of crap that I cant seem to remove without removing that line.

Yes it is under pressure/closed system. To remove I believe you need to recover the refrigerant first, and replace the accumulator & orifice tube when you re-assemble. And then evacuate the system and re-charge. Might need a shot of oil too.

Just maneuver around it. You'd need to do what DrDoom says, and most people don't have the equipment to do the job right. If you mess up even a tiny amount (like by leaving a miniscule amount of air in the a/c system), you'll rue the day you even thought of touching those lines.
