MFT system randomly ejecting CD

So along with random bluetooth disconnects from my phone and a BT audio skip approx. 15 second after turning on the car, I now have my system sometimes ejecting the CD when I shut off the car. This started a week ago and doesn't do it every time. Just another software glitch I suppose. Has anyone else had this? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I feel like we are a beta tester for Microsoft here.
