My boss has a brand new lockright for a 8.8 axle. got me all excited that maybe I can get if for a deal. Not sure how much these are new. So I really wouldn't know what to offer him for it. This could be game changing!

Not sure. He is a jeep guy and the last jeep he built had a 8.8 in the rear. I dont know if it was ment for that one. Or he originally planed to use it for the one he just built. He ended up going d60 front and rear I think.

oh, well in that case like i said, if its brand spanking new, 250 would be a hell of a deal from both ends. good luck, and post back if you need any help with the install.

Lockright's are harder on the internal parts in a daily driver. This was a conversation I had with Richmond gear. He asked if I was going to drive it on the road daily I said "yes" and he told me to get the PowerTrax locker.

Oh i see. I did some further research on the two. Even if what you say is true I may be alright with that, seeing that my daily driving distances are very short. I live less than a mile away from my work. Still even if I can get it for 250 or something like that it would be well worth it. Untill now I never put too much thought of getting a locker untill this came about. Im sure if this goes through I would definitely turn some heads at the trails. Not like a lifted sport trac does that already.
