Mishap while modifying audio *help*

So i am in the middle of installing my external XM tuner. I bought a cigarette lighter adapter that is used to "hardwire" the cigarette power source of the XM unit to a RED/Positive and a BLACK/Ground behind the dash.

Well, i did something very retarded. I tapped into the RED and BLACK air hoses connected to the vent/AC controls. Now, only my defroster operates. Is there anyway to easily replace this hose? Is there an adapter that i can buy that will mate the two sections of RED/RED hose and two sections of BLACK/BLACK hose?
