Missing High Speed Blower Relay

Hi. I'm new to this site, but it's already helped me solve a problem with my windshield washer system. Turns out a relay in Auxiliary Relay Box #1 was bad. (Thank you , thank you, thank you!)

But looking at this relay box, I see that I am missing the High Speed Blower Relay unit...it's just not there. This is a 1999 Eddie Bauer with digital readouts for temperature settings and controls on the steering wheel (in case that matters). The heating system seems to work, though I will give it a more thorough test tomorrow. But my question is: Do I need this relay? I doesn't look as though it's had one in quite a while (if ever).

Hey NorthernCT: I have a 98 explorer ''limited'' 4x4, and all the controls are the same as yours, i would say if u put the ac on hi and if the blower goes on higher than on heat, then it is ok. Or u can just hear if the fan goes on high on the ''climate control''. Hope this works.
