I wish I wasn't so bad at remembering names, but someone had a coe-along and we cinched the bracket back to the opposite frame rail. My crappy welds broke at the bottom of the frame but were still holding on the vertical side opposite the frame rail so it the come along was basically just holding the bracket in place.

There are lots of pictures, and video, but the connection out here way slow. I'll see what I can do later.
