Modification sticker under hood what is it?

There is a sticker under my hood for a approved modification..I was hoping someone could tell me for what..These #'s are on the sticker F7PE 12A 650 DYA

that # means that there was a ford part installed in your truck that was an upgrade or something added to your truck, it could also be a factory authorized repair or recall.... i have seen these stickers if a ford dealer has ever reset your computer as well...
 






Who should i call to see just what was done? I am curious as to what was wrong or upgraded.
 






I have one as well from when they replaced my SOHC motor, it has a ton of jibberish on it that i have no idea what it means.
 






the part number you mentioned is a base part number for a PCM ( powertrain control module). The PCM was either reprogrammed or replaced following a TSB. I bet it was re-programmed.
 






My '97 also has the sticker for the reprogramming of the PCM. Your Ford dealer should have written what they did on it.
