Vacuum modulator valve on transmission?

If that is what you are looking for it is between the exhaust pipe and the transmission. One bolt holds it on and there is a vacuum line that runs to it. Unless your exhaust unbolts easily because it was just replaced, it is probably easier to remove the seat and access cover to get to it.
