moisture or coolant

Is there any other way to tell the differance between moisture or coolant burn off coming from the tail pipe besides smell? My sense of smell isn't the best.

It's probably just moisture. 'Tis this season after all. Does it go away or is it always present?

I seem to be noticing an increase in cold weather related posts lately.
