More issues

Well i just started the vehicle and it didnt sound that bad at first , it sounded a little rough but not that more more then the regular sound and i let it idle for 5 minutes or so , i know thats not a completely accurate test but yesterday when i started it , sounded rough right when i started it and today i didnt , only did just a little after letting the engine warm up

Well driving to work today it seemed a little rougher at points , but all and all not that bad , almost like if the check engine light wasent on i would barley notice a problem

I have a question , what if the reason the check engine light and running rough is due to putting in to much of the marvel mystery oil , like i said i realized i put in almost 8 oz. , what can i do to fix the problem if its related to that , just let it run through or flush it out , what
