Motor Swap

I have a Few questions for someone who knows more about explorers than someone like myself. I race my explorer during the summer months, and my race team is currently getting ready to put a bigger motor ( bored out 351 HO into my truck. We have done away with all electrical wires from the 4.0 motor and stuff. but the question is, will a bigger motor fit in the truck, with a different tranny does anyone have any suggestions to a tranny... can anyone tell me how much trouble we have gotten ourselves into? we have a distributor for electrical as well. i mean personally i not much of a car/truck guy but i just get in it and drive. so can anyone help me out or give me any suggestions for getting this motor in easily?

Thank You very much.. I have a guy thats going to do all the fabricating im just not sure what kind of struggle we have gotten ourselves into lol
