Mountaineer Shake

Hey guys im new to the site bought my 97 mountaineer awd 5.0 a while back. Did all brake lines tune up one coil got it running good. Now for the issue it hase a rattle slight vibration when shifting from 3rd to 4th but it feels like it is right under my feet while driving now im wonder if the awd actually does work transfer case front driveshaft and axles all in it but woner what this noise could be. Doesn't happen all the time but most of the time it does do it.

Check the front end joints.

torque converter shudder. You'll feel it going from 3rd to overdrive.

do a trans fluid change (by at least dropping the pan) and put in a new filter (Motorcraft or WIX) with Mercon V fluid. these transmissions tend to develop a shutter when the fluid is old.
