Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a way to move back the bench seat on a 06 ford explorer? I have scoured the internet and this forum as well and have not found anything. I did find someone on here asked the same question a few years back but there was no answer. I am only trying to move the bench back about 4-6inches. I could probably have a bracket made but will this be unadvised for any reason? does anyone know if there is a kit for this? I have searched "move seat back, move bench seat back, seat extender, etc.." Is there a special name for this job or is it just not done for safety reasons? Please advise if you have any good input on this. I do not have a 3rd row so I do not mind sacrificing some of my cargo space as I never use all of it. Thank you in advance for any help.
