MSD box not sparking.

Has anyone had this problem with their MSD box? Seems I'm not getting any spark out of box. It's only about 8 months old. Now here is where the rubber meets the road. I've done a lot of welding on this truck. Each time I disconnected the two leads going to the distributor. But when reading the instructions on how to test to see if the box is working. I read that I should have also taken the Pos and Neg leads off of batt. that go directly to box.

Any input on this guys? Also wondering how is their turn around time o fixing this. Any cost also.

Please disregard my first post. Seems that all it needed was a good nights sleep. It made a miraculous recovery. It started right up. Not a clue to what happened. Now I wonder when and if it will happen again
