I have my driveshaft out and was about to re-lube the slip yoke driveshaft splines. Ford calls for a lithiuum based grease, and even has a TSB out detailing how to re-lube the "non-re-lubable" splines. Can I use the 4lbs of Canadian Tire Multi Purpose grease I have sitting around or should I use the Castrol Multi Purpose GC-LB grease or the Canadian Tire Full Synthetic Extreame Pressure grease.. Are any of these lithium based? Whats the best to use..

Well it looks like I may have answered my own question.. The Castrol Syntec MP grease is GC-LB rated. Meaning it os the bestest or goodest quality chassis lube and bearing lube. Further investigation revealed that it is also a lithium based lube. So Castrol it is.
